IMPORTANT NOTICE: The current landfill is expected to reach capacity and close by late 2025. A new, modern landfill is under construction in northern Larimer County and is anticipated to begin accepting waste in July 2026. A new waste diversion facility is also under construction at the existing site, scheduled for completion in April 2026.
