Trans-Jordan Landfill

The Trans-Jordan Landfill is a waste disposal facility that accepts municipal solid waste for a fee of $41 per ton, with a minimum charge of $41 for large commercial trucks and $15 for non-commercial customers with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 0-10,000 lbs. Green waste disposal is no longer available, and all green waste is now considered trash and will be charged at the solid waste disposal rates. Payments can only be made using credit/debit cards or an established account; cash is not accepted. All loads for disposal must be fully tarped and secured, or a double fee will apply. The facility offers tours and educational presentations on solid waste management and recycling, including a virtual tour option for those unable to visit in person.
